I can determine the training needs of your staff in all departments and then facilitate the training on-site in tune with your operation without inconveniencing your guests or customers working on the job and providing short classroom style lessons. I train and develop staff and management the necessary attitude, skills and knowledge needed to meet and exceed your customers or guests expectations. Workbooks for all of the training are available for staff to use and eventually prove their competence.
