Not to brag but I was also well recognised as an award winning housekeeper of the year awarded by SATOUR and Protea Hotels aswell as awarded the WITS Young Alumni of the year.

often hospitality staff in Africa do not value their contribution enough. They forget that they are integral to tourism and showcase their country and company. Training service excellence, cultural awareness and communication improves their vision and goals in the company and the industry. I teach passion!

Skills:

I teach staff the various professional skills they need in order to deliver efficient and effective service. Often managers dont have time to train the basic skills and this results often in poor work performance and poor guest / customer service.

Knowledge:

Staff need to have the background knowledge and understanding of what or why they are doing. This improves staff confidence and professionalism and in turn the guest service.
